So, after 25 years there’s good news. I will soon be able to retire outright from earning income in the brick and mortar forest. After which, I will have more time and resources available to me to even better optimize my publishing efforts.

I’m wore out with Corona Virus and George Floyd preferring to spend my time waiting on phone dings from Amazon – but I need another big check!
Alabama Governor Kay Ivey did a good thing by over reacting quickly and effectively to contain the Corona Virus. Lives have been spared in the State of Alabama. Thank God, we are not dropping like flies like New York. But, there’s such thing as too much for too long.
Donald J. Trump they said, was too liberal to win the Republican nomination. But he did. He came in from the left and then moved to right with his metaphoric comb-over and landed in the arms of the TEA Party zealots.
That’s not sarcasm.
Since when are federal judges above scrutiny?
Donald Trump has not uttered one racist word during his campaign, and yet black people are attacking rallies as though he were David Duke.
I believe in the American dream, not the American delusion. If you were to examine the war crimes of Bashar al-Assad, who is little more than the mayor of a large American city, could you really tell the difference, conceptually, between his tactics and the ones outlined in the New York Times story? I certainly can’t. We are not yet in an all out war in this country, but if law enforcement is allowed to disregard constitutional values because they say they have cornered some bad guys, where will they stop if they hold an extremist sectarian view like Kim Davis and the TEA Party zealots? When do their tactics become enforcement of their agenda instead of legitimate law?
Really, for all the circus posturing, I see the red flags flying over the big tent that say – hay, wait a minute, this is a free election in the greatest democracy the world has ever known, and they want to eliminate the most popular of presidential candidates, because they don’t like what he has to say about the most important and persistent political issues in the public’s mind? It’s absurd! It’s messed up! It’s unAmerican! It’s a threat to democracy, to free elections, and whatever pretense of constitutional government we have left – and it’s potentially a prelude to socialist dictatorship.
WTF Batman? Is that quote from something Jim Hudson said at the opening of the Hudson Alpha Institute For Biotechnology?
I usually don’t have comments on too much of this stuff, but this time I especially give kudos to USA Today for eliminating the obnoxious and unnecessary page breaks that often seemed to occur after every paragraph.
