When Police Become Enemy Combatants

I believe in the American dream, not the American delusion. If you were to examine the war crimes of Bashar al-Assad, who is little more than the mayor of a large American city, could you really tell the difference, conceptually, between his tactics and the ones outlined in the New York Times story? I certainly can’t. We are not yet in an all out war in this country, but if law enforcement is allowed to disregard constitutional values because they say they have cornered some bad guys, where will they stop if they hold an extremist sectarian view like Kim Davis and the TEA Party zealots? When do their tactics become enforcement of their agenda instead of legitimate law?

EXPOSÉ | Profile: Lewis J. Morris Jr.

Mr. Morris the school principle, as it turns out, is the apparent father of Huntsville’s current police chief, Lewis J. Morris Jr. I have previously noted in this series that I first published the Exposé on January 1, 1998, and the epicenter was Madison Pike Elementary from the very beginning. Which is to say, in 1998 I had no idea that there was a Lewis J. Morris Jr., much less that he was a police officer, or that he would be headed for the office of Police Chief.

EXPOSÉ | The Huntsville Neo-Nazi Consortium

In fact, although it’s occurrence is years after the original publication of the Exposé, and therefore a testament to the scope of the Consortium, there is little doubt that that the premeditated murder of US Diplomat and Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens, is directly related to Huntsville on several levels. In fact, it’s very likely that the Consortium is also directly related to one time Huntsville resident and UAH professor, and Deputy and almost Prime Minister of Libya, Mustafa Abushagur.

Benito Albarran: Shades of Farron Barksdale And Systemic Penal Corruption

Isn’t killing a police officer serious? Of course it is, and I’m not making excuses for Albarran. But, the very fact that we have a civilized system that includes an organized method of determining the disposition of crime, and that that system includes police officers who go about doing their job – hopefully in a civilized manner – is the same system that by definition says that even convicts are not to be killed, or allowed to commit suicide, while in prison.

Tommy Battle, Lewis Morris And Systemic Municipal Corruption

That a jailer can’t see someone is dying because it’s too expensive to bother with, that a poorly trained police officer finds it more efficient to kill someone wielding a knife because it’s “in accordance with Departmental policies,” and he can get away with it, that gang violence in the jail can go totally unchecked allowing an innocent victim to be brutally murdered, that the promotion of Lewis Morris Jr. actually stands as an endorsement of child molestation and torture… are all the exemplary results of the attitude that Tommy Battle embraces.

Huntsville’s Gestapo Strikes Again!

No doubt about it, knives can be dangerous, as evidenced by the recent beheadings of singled out westerners by Middle Eastern Islamic extremists. All the knife wielding terrorist needed to do the dirty deed, was a fixed blade knife about six inches long… and a hostage with a bag over his head, and his hands tied behind his back, and a dozen or so like minded henchmen with automatic weapons on stand by.

The Conspiracy To Murder Kelly Thomas

Photograph of Kelly Thomas’ injuries inflicted by Fullerton California police. The photograph was taken by Ron Thomas, a former Orange County Sheriff’s deputy and the victim’s father, on July 6, 2011 at UC Irvine Medical Center. Cathy Thomas, the victim’s mother, settled with Orange County last summer for $1 million, while Ron Thomas has vowed […]
