Where does Hobby Lobby fit into the equation – “a method of social, occupational and political control, to the point of subjugation, that is in their best economic or political interest.” Why do you think they call it the “Hobble” Lobby?
Tent City is now being threatened by ALDOT with an illegal and unconstitutional eviction from the camp which has been in existence for nearly 20 years. State officials have made a number of excuses for shutting down the camp, all of which ring somewhere in the range from moronic to ridiculous.
And besides, who ever heard of sauntering into the old west saloon with a long gun in the first place? Surely you watch TV. In all the westerns I’ve seen, when the cowboy crashes through the swinging saloon doors with a rifle, he’s either looking for the bad buy so he can shoot him, or he is the bad guy and he’s gonna shoot somebody. Either way, he isn’t looking for trouble, he is trouble.
At face value, the entire situation is absolutely ridiculous and completely inexcusable. The facility isn’t really all that large. Recent numbers indicate that Tutwiler is currently housing less than 1000 inmates, and has a staff of about 100. That’s smaller than most of the hundreds of high schools in Alabama.
This statement is predicated upon the assumption that the reader will already have benefited from an explanatory briefing, and who will thereby share a mutual understanding without additional references. However, the use of the word “legend” in recent media releases to describe this office is in context a grandiose misnomer that would be better articulated as “diplomatic interpreter.”
For the facial recognition record, it is my opinion that state legislator Mike Ball should shut his mouth and swallow his own cannabidiol oil.
