Protesters gathered on Huntsville’s East Side Square in front of the Madison County Courthouse at 5p.m. this evening. Organized by Uhuru, according to Al.com, the crowd of about 50 peaceful protesters chanted “Jail the killer cop” and “This is what resistance looks like.”
While the TV advertisement is for a texting app, there does seem to be some overtures and inuendo that answers and/or offers mea-culpa for my allegations. Either way, it’s just another extraordinary show of arrogance and inappropriate behaviour discussed in the previous column. Move over Ferguson, he comes Huntsville…
That a jailer can’t see someone is dying because it’s too expensive to bother with, that a poorly trained police officer finds it more efficient to kill someone wielding a knife because it’s “in accordance with Departmental policies,” and he can get away with it, that gang violence in the jail can go totally unchecked allowing an innocent victim to be brutally murdered, that the promotion of Lewis Morris Jr. actually stands as an endorsement of child molestation and torture… are all the exemplary results of the attitude that Tommy Battle embraces.
No doubt about it, knives can be dangerous, as evidenced by the recent beheadings of singled out westerners by Middle Eastern Islamic extremists. All the knife wielding terrorist needed to do the dirty deed, was a fixed blade knife about six inches long… and a hostage with a bag over his head, and his hands tied behind his back, and a dozen or so like minded henchmen with automatic weapons on stand by.

The constitution, and literally the future of this country, are being threatened by genomics gone wild. I regard the IMS as a proactive terrorist organization and I have witnessed those associated to that organizational structure involved directly or as accessories in several illegal activities: conspiracy, child molestation, torture, coercion, identity theft, human trafficking, extortion, racketeering, and with deliberately attendant political propagandizing – what amounts to domestic terrorism.

I don’t mean to suggest that it’s an uncomplicated equation. Even still, individual situations can be evaluated and then building materials, propane, carbon monoxide detectors, solar panels, and maybe even electric and water hook-ups, can be provided resulting in a more responsible “due diligence” when the well-being of the individual is placed ahead of political agendas and arbitrary regulation that has no legal validity in context anyway.

Today is the 45th anniversary of the moon landing. It is really hard to believe. It’s actually harder to believe that it has been 15 years since I took the photo above at the 30th anniversary.
