White Street in Huntsville between Pratt Ave and Goldsmith Shiffman Field has been closed and tore out apparently in preparation of redevelopment in the area. Probably mixed use.

There is no immediate indication as to whether the new development will be connected to Goldsmith Schiffman Field via skybridge.
