Train vs Pedestrian

Pedestrian killed on railroad tracks in Huntsville
Pedestrian killed on railroad tracks in Huntsville

Authorities are describing a death on the railroad tracks in Huntsville earlier this afternoon as train vs pedestrian.

The incident occurred between Church Street near the Huntsville Depot Museum and Holmes Ave near Woodson St. Around 3:30 p.m. There is no indication at this time what may have precipitated the incident and the individual has not been publicly identified.

The stretch of tracks from Holmes Avenue to Oakwood Avenue seems to be especially dangerous as pedestrian deaths and vehicle impacts happen every few months. All too often careless teenagers or anyone traveling afoot walk along the tracks taking shortcuts for convenience.

The parade got off to good start today with great weather, warm temperatures, sunny skies and little breeze. This year’s parade seemed well organized with many nicely done fancy floats and krewes that were in a festive mood.

The fact is the Church of Christ (Tuberville) et al. AND the Islamics acted in concert to orchestrate 911. I.e. Tuberville is the pot calling the kettle black. They both should go to jail.
