we are going to deny constitutional rights based on unprosecuted suspicion, then Susan Collins should be blacklisted and jailed indefinately without a trial for sedition and aiding terrorist organizations by attempting to disarm their opposition.
It’s not a gray area. A United States citizen has a right to gun ownership unless by individual due process they have been convicted of certain crimes – and even that should be considered arbitrary and tenuous.
My suggestion that Susan Collins is a terrorist sympathizer and should be jailed indefinately without due process is 100% accurate and exactly in line with her own suggested legislation – which isn’t expected to pass, and would be brazenly unconstitutional if it did.
Gun control can be accomplished in only one way, change the constitution. If you can’t do that, the majority has ruled. Even if you could do that, gun ownership and self-protection are arguably an unalienable human right regardless.
The political grandstanding by Susan Collins is histrionic, redicuous, irresponsible, and dangerous. We do not need that level of stupidity in government. Susan Collins is the perfect reflection of why Hillary Clinton cannot be allowed to become president.
