It was a dark and dreary day. Tuesday, December 10, 2019 started off wet, then got wetter, then got colder. I was sitting at home, working on the computer and waiting to see if the weather would break before funeral time.
Just minutes ago this Lunar Rover recreated by Polaris rolled through the streets of Huntsville beginning from the front porch of the Von Braun Civic Center and heading for the court house square !!!
The year was one of ambivalence, animosity, division, and hope and nostalgia. The video is my contribution to the whole mess.
It is worthy of note, building this bridge certainly did not take a rocket scientist, however, I think you will agree when viewing the video that the skill and acumen of the engineers and workers is fantastic.
Here’s a golden oldie that I dug out of the archives. Originally published on July 13, 2002 this is another one that I saved in an avi file that is much better than what I was able to put on the Internet at that time.

Well, it seems I’m on an oldies roll. The nostalgia bug seems to have bitten, and when I found this video, also from Big Spring Jam in 2004, I decided to go ahead and post it.
An awesome rendition of an awesome song for this Easter Sunday by Wynonna. I shot this video at Big Spring Jam in 2004 back in the day when most cell-phones didn’t have video and even though you could take still cameras into the show, video cameras were still taboo.
This is another rerun reproduced in high definition, at least when compared to internet video 10 years ago. I was using a digital video camera that was then state of the art, never-the-less technically challenged, compared to digital video cameras today.
This section has a few fun videos to enjoy. But, while this is a “TV” Station, video stories are on hold for awhile since they require a lot of time, equipment and editing that I simply can’t afford right now.
