Folks following my social media, i.e. Instagram, already know – I’m adventure bikepacking!
After finishing the East Coast Greenway (ECG) in 2024 I peddled back though about half of west Florida then taking Amtrak from Tampa to Jacksonville.
From Jacksonville, I peddled out of Florida, into Georgia and through Atlanta, then across to Alabama and up to Huntsville, where I took a year off.
Earlier this spring, I left Huntsville again bikepacking this time headed for the West Coast. Since Jacksonville is on the East Coast, I’ll be completing a transcontinental ride when I reach California in a few weeks. Right now I’m in Arizona headed for Tucson.
Most of my immediate content is going to Instagram. I’m way behind adding video to YouTube and my website gear250.com. But I’m trying to post most days on IG.
Which is all to say, I’m still here and keeping an eye on current events. I’ll still be posting a column from time to time as the notion strikes me. So, check in once in awhile to see what might be new.
