I am Jim Casey. Editor And Publisher of TOCC TV since 1997, I am also the author, photographer, and sole owner. TOCC TV is based in Huntsville, Alabama where I reside, however, most content is geared for a national audience. Since it's inception in 1997, TOCC TV has progressed through several iterations. I didn't start using the WordPress content management system until 2012, which of course facilitate a more efficient global editing capability. Several hundred additional posts are now archived offline due to that transition.
