Going back into the morgue I decided to pull out these already published photographs of Eric Rudolph from 2005 when he appeared at the Huntsville federal courthouse for pre-trial hearings.

This presentation is categorized under “photography” because I really had no editorial comment on Rudolph at this time. Instead, I simply reported the story based on the very rare occasion of any legal proceedings in Huntsville for a nationally notorious figure.

NOTE:
This presentation won’t work well on some mobile devices since I haven’t settled on a system for multi photo presentations on a mobile device. So you might want to take a look on your desktop.

    Where’s Colin Kaepernick?

Our leaders are in denial of what is obvious at face value. The biggest threat to the future of this country is the incompetence and corruption of law enforcement.

Barack Obama’s Mea Culpa Shake Shake Shake

At the time, I thought it odd that he would suddenly make a very deliberate effort to reach out and shake hands with what I assume to be a secret service agent. Could be a county detective, but even still, it seemed out of character to me. Either way, it seemed he was posing for my benefit, which might bring on some secondary possibilities that would explain his particularly magnanimous behavior – for a hack photographer and a shade tree website builder like myself.

    DEATH OF A NATION

There was a reason why it was called “Independence Day,” aka the 4th of July. In the beginning, the American colonies got together and decided they didn’t much care for the oppressive tyranny of the English Crown and King George. Thousands of American soldiers sacrificed their lives so that we might live independently. And, incidentally, […]

The Uppity White Folks Meeting’s Last Hurrah

Donald J. Trump they said, was too liberal to win the Republican nomination. But he did. He came in from the left and then moved to right with his metaphoric comb-over and landed in the arms of the TEA Party zealots.

Treacherous Traffic Results In Serious Accident

I ran across this scene this morning around 10 a.m. at the intersection of Holmes Ave. and Triana Blvd. There were no ambulances present and I assumed they had already tended to any injured and left for the emergency room. I don’t pro-actively pursue this type of new story, but once and a while I […]
