Steve Marshall is of the most criminally reprobate, suffering the most extreme moral depravity & turpitude, as anyone in Alabama. His arguments, like Roy Moore & Mac Holcomb, are based on the legalism of his pseudo-Christian caliphate – not constitutional law. He is functionally a Neo-Nazi.
His pseudo-Christian caliphate were apparently leading the charge to holy-fuck beat ten year old kids, organize the 911 conspiracy and send new talent to stardom in Nashville.
(All while Kash Patel and the FBI ignore physically violent terrorism in the middle of downtown with intent to violate 1st and 2nd amendment rights along with the enforcement of false imprisonment and human trafficking and an unconstitutional caste system.)
Unfortunately, the current Supreme Court has already abandoned legitimate constitutional precepts allowing for unconstitutional violations of Church & State separation.
Homeless campers on PUBLIC property is force majeure and cannot be illegal – whether there are (illegal detention) beds available or not.
In reality, not only are there not enough jobs for homeless people who want to work, there are thousands of homeless people working who still don’t make enough to pay the rent. Many of the very few modern refuseniks do indeed have a work ethic. They expect a life free from holy-fuck beating and a living wage or they will tell the prospective slave labor employer to “crawl up my ass and eat my shit.”
The current administration is imposing an illegal and unconstitional system of slave labor and caste. It’s patently absurd to say homeless sleeping outdoors in PUBLIC spaces is illegal, just as it is to say they can’t ask for help.
In a state where degenerative economic policy has perpetuated poverty and stifled upward mobility – all for the benefit of the defacto plantation owner – criminalizing homeless people who camp on PUBLIC property or who ask for help is/would be the most extreme, unconstitional, moral depravity.
*A footnote that even I tend to pass by is that Trump’s crime family has obviously generated hundreds of millions of dollars for the Bar Association by revisiting already settled legal precepts. Tax payer money can buy a lot of votes. Maybe some of this is actually necessary with the changing guard. But I also have to notice the deep state regime change looks a lot like the tale wagging the dog. Attacking poverty stricken people under these circumstances is sickening.
