The unconstitutional enforcement of social engineering by Donald Trump’s caliphate enabled his occupation of the White House in a way that is not legitimate. In other words, while the J6 riot was not an insurrection, Trump’s continuing criminal and unconstitutional actions are. He is seditious.
I knew we were in trouble when the current Supreme Court started handing down decisions that are flagrantly unconstitutional. They have failed to uphold separation of Church and State, probably the worst offense because it stages a longer term overthrow. The have failed to uphold the 1st amendment allowing Trump, the courts, the pentagon, etc. to arbitrarily engage in censorship, apparently in order to obstruct justice in regard to deep state criminal activity. Obstruction is illegal. They have allowed for illegal search in defiance of the 4th amendment.
In the meantime, Teflon Trump is illegally using the national guard while he murders on the high seas without due process or appropriate vetting, and has essentially declared that anyone not supporting him is a terrorist. (Antifa directive, another method of censorship as well.) He actually believes he deserved the Nobel Peace Prize. Such are the delusions of a grandiose dictator.
As a moderate conservative, I don’t necessarily disagree with everything Trump the dictator is trying to accomplish. I’m opposed to open borders and support appropriate legal action to deport illegal foreign nationals, and I can’t agree with healthcare and other benefits for illegal foreign nationals. However, this cannot be done at the expense of legitimate government and constitutional jurisprudence. Trump’s overthrow is not legitimate.
Trump’s overthrow already appears to have far reaching implications and his illegal use of the military suggests he may even try to interfere with midterm elections and even commandeer a “third term” in office. If it does go this far, it doesn’t seem likely that the question will be who will win the next election, but rather will there even be a next election. Heads up democrats, Trumps “third term” won’t necessarily mean Obama will get another chance.
I doubt most conservatives are actually neo-Nazis or in favor of a race war. But, I don’t think they are looking closely enough to understand that illegal use of the military has farther reaching implications. They are being hoodwinked. The temptation is to sit back and “ride it out” hoping for the day that Trump goes away. If he doesn’t go away, conservatives and Republicans might not have much recourse, if any, to reclaim constitutional government.
While I would not be opposed to a congressional resolution to utilize whatever resources might be available to remove Trump and recompose the Supreme Court in an expedited manner, I think the best possible action at this time would be for Republicans in congress to recognize we are beyond constitutional crisis to the point of an all out overthrow of constitutional government.
While it is still possible, congress must act to impeach and remove Donald Trump from the White House – NOW.
Other business can wait. The budget can wait. Nothing is more important at this moment in time than ensuring that the basic principles and protocols of constitutional governance remain in place. After Trump has been removed, no doubt, a more conservative agenda will continue to prevail – but with a more even tempered approach. Anyone who thinks this is alarmism needs a reality check. Tomorrow may very well be too late.
