Let The Dead Bury Their Own Dead

The Other Abyss - Let The Dead Bury their Own Dead
Photo Caption
In 2002 officials were called to the cemetery business of Ray Brent Marsh. It seems in order to curb costs he had simply failed to inter many of his dearly departed customers.

Here’s another one from the oldies trunk (from the newly renamed and soon to be edited The Other Abyss.) Whether Ray Brent Marsh was curbing costs, took the Biblical admonition a bit literally, or simply had a wedding to attend seems a little unclear. The situation certainly caused some grief and bears a second look.

Homeless Deadbeats | Homeless Guru Kevin Barbieux | WHNT-19

Malice, hate, and greed never cease to amaze me. While I still am not a democrat, and consider Obama to be the inception of the communist era in the United States, I cannot comprehend republicans who denigrate and ridicule the unemployed as lazy, telling them to go to school, get out of their hammock, and […]

Film Legend Charlton Heston Appears In Huntsville

Overcast skies threatened to put a damper on the party, however, Mr. Heston saved the day. Keeping in step with his omnipotent portrayal of Moses in “The Ten Commandments” he stepped to the microphone just as a light drizzle subsided and intoned “glad to do it.”

Tutwiler Prison: Plantation A Or Plantation B?

At face value, the entire situation is absolutely ridiculous and completely inexcusable. The facility isn’t really all that large. Recent numbers indicate that Tutwiler is currently housing less than 1000 inmates, and has a staff of about 100. That’s smaller than most of the hundreds of high schools in Alabama.
