About 60 Seconds

60 Seconds

“60 Seconds,” like “The Radio Show,” is a concept I spent some time developing in the earlier days of the Internet.

These days I’m not spending any efforts attempting to produce new videos, but there are several from the archives that deserve their own home on the new website. Some of the video footage that I already produced is saved in raw format, and so eventually I will probably try to re-compress what was once 1mb presentations into 4mb presentations. Then, some of the fun things I did will be all the better in a much better resolution – not quite High Definition yet!. I also have some video I took at local political events during election campaigns that was pretty boring when it was first presented, and those won’t likely ever make it to be reposted in this section.

So, this section isn’t going to be updated much for awhile since there is still quite a lot of fine tuning needed on the site as it is. Reproducing a couple dozen old videos is a major project unto itself. When the new, old, videos are posted, they will go on the front page for awhile to get your attention.

    FLAG BURNING VIDEO!

Absolute power corrupts absolute, and as I recall Ted Turner, wise man that he is, once called Christians “stupid.” He eventually apologized, but for what I don’t know. While Christians are foolishly attempting to take over government with religion, the potential grows for a flag burning amendment that would essentially set the stage for the dissolution of all basic constitutional rights to unravel like a braided sisal rope without a boy scout.

    Where’s Colin Kaepernick?

Our leaders are in denial of what is obvious at face value. The biggest threat to the future of this country is the incompetence and corruption of law enforcement.

President Elect Trump Fires Himself To Hit The Ground Running

The method of his divestment’s I find to be reasonable, appropriate and laudable – and not even required. However, while also not required, the excuses for not releasing his tax returns have been refuted and are ridiculous and thin. To truly act in good faith, exposing his business interests to the American people would be the right thing to do.

Illegal Search And Siezure Of Texts By Law Enforcement

When I first noticed these illegal trends by “law enforcement” several years ago, I thought it was some kind of joke. You know, a training program about important values in our country, like a continuing adult education program. After awhile, the reality sank in deeper and deeper. Big Brother is playing no game. The attack […]

A Straight Eye For The Queer Guy(and binoculars for the colored folks)

You know, it’s funny, in a queer sort of way. I can remember a good friend of mine from long ago who once chastised me quite roundly for the inappropriate use of the word “queer.” He (only a friend mind you) informed me that words like “gay” and “queer” were good words gone bad when […]

The Uppity White Folks Meeting’s Last Hurrah

Donald J. Trump they said, was too liberal to win the Republican nomination. But he did. He came in from the left and then moved to right with his metaphoric comb-over and landed in the arms of the TEA Party zealots.

    The Rigged Affirmative Action Election

The media certainly does have a penchant for acting dumb, especially when it comes to important issues and rigged elections. Donald Trump continues to tell the voters and the media that the election is rigged. And it is, by Donald Trump. The reality is, the republicans played their game to posture Donald Trump as Hillary’s […]

Roy Moore Leading The Blind Astray

Today’s newspaper reports that Roy Moore, (previously) Alabama’s “Ten Commandments” Supreme Court Chief justice is following in my footsteps declaring his approbation for and the virtues of the United States Constitution. His biggest concern is his perception that the states should have more authority than now afforded by the federal government. He is the Republican […]
